And just like that, they're geared up too. Three custom Adidas jerseys, spandex, and a full warm-up set. Plus, recruiting assistance that’s no joke. FREE SportsRecruits, Hudl accounts, and all the exposure you need. Straight up, they're setting the stage for future stars.
Elite Teams: Not Far Behind
The Elite teams aren't exactly chilling either. They’re grinding with 4 hours of practice every week, diving into position training monthly. Their eyes? AAU Nationals. And while their travel might be a bit lighter, the intensity is not. Three custom jerseys, and yes, that invaluable recruiting support.
National Lite: Balance with Power
The National Lite teams are all about balance. They offer a rigorous training schedule but with a manageable travel commitment. Perfect for those multi-sport athletes who still want to keep volleyball front and center. It’s four hours of practice, positioning included, from December through AAU States.
