UCF's own Avah Armour is taking her game to the national stage. Selected for the U.S. Women's National Volleyball Team Collegiate Training Program, Armour is set to make waves from February 19-22 at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. This is where it changes.

Armour's Stats Speak Volumes

In just her third season with the UCF Knights, Armour's been nothing short of phenomenal. Surpassing the 500-point milestone, she's just the 12th in program history to do it. Her 4.35 kills per set rank 32nd nationally and 7th in the conference. That's big time.

The Colorado native didn't just put up numbers; she put on a show. In a five-set clash against the Buffaloes, Armour racked up 30 kills, becoming one of only 18 Knights to hit that mark. Double-digit kills in 26 of 29 matches? Straight up dominant.

Training with the Best

This USA Volleyball training program isn't just any gig. It's invite-only, folks. Only the cream of the collegiate crop gets the nod. Armour's got the chance to impress the WNT staff and potentially move up to the National Team Development Program.

Coach Matt Botsford is ready to see her skills sharpened further. You could feel it coming. With Armour leading the charge, the Knights are gearing up for a big 2026 season.

And from there… it was over. Armour's headed for greatness. This training? Just the beginning.

The Road Ahead

With a resume already boasting an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American title, Armour's got the spotlight on her. The skills she's set to hone in Colorado will only add to her arsenal. Watch out, Big 12. The Knights are coming.

Avah Armour is the real deal. Her journey with the USA training program is just the latest chapter in a career that's only going up. That'll do it.
