The Volleyball Nations League 2025 Finals? Locked and loaded. Łódź and Ningbo are about to become the epicenters of volleyball madness.
Łódź Takes the Spotlight
Łódź is back, hosting the women's VNL Finals for a second straight year. From July 23-27, the Atlas Arena will buzz with the energy of the last eight matches. The top seven teams plus host Poland will battle it out. And just like that, the stage is set.
Quarterfinals kick off on Wednesday and Thursday. Matches start at 16:30 and 20:00 local time. Win and you move on. Lose and you're done. Friday? Rest day. But Saturday? Semifinals heat up at the same times. Sunday brings the bronze and gold medal matches.
Ningbo Ready for Action
Over in Ningbo, the men's Finals are gearing up. From July 30 to August 3, the Ningo Beilun Sports and Art Center will host the showdown. The schedule mirrors the women's. Quarterfinals on Wednesday and Thursday. Semifinals on Saturday. Sunday seals the deal with the bronze and gold matches.
The excitement is palpable. The Preliminary Phase is wrapping up. Women are competing in Apeldoorn, Arlington, and Chiba from July 9-13. Men are in Gdańsk, Ljubljana, and Chiba from July 16-20.
Who's Making the Cut?
Finalists? Still to be determined. The next two weeks will finalize the teams. It's crunch time in the Preliminary Phase. Rankings will shift. Stars will shine.
And from there… it’s over. This is where champions are crowned. This is the VNL 2025, and it’s not to be missed.
