It's crunch time in NCAA women's volleyball. The regular season's wrapped, and now it's all eyes on the bracket. Nebraska, Texas, and Arizona State? No. 1 seeds. They're the teams to beat.

ACC Drama

The ACC is pure fire right now. With no postseason tournament, it's all about those last matches. Stanford and Pittsburgh gave us the match of the year, with Stanford clinching it 16-14 in the final set. And don't sleep on Louisville—they pulled a reverse sweep on Miami. Louisville, Pittsburgh, and Stanford are battling for the ACC crown and possibly that last No. 1 seed.

Bubble Watch Madness

Oregon made a splash, knocking off Purdue, and now they're in the field. Meanwhile, UCF slipped out, but they've got a shot to bounce back with matches against Arizona State, Kansas State, and Kansas. Michigan State? They're on the bubble edge. A win against either Penn State, USC, or UCLA could seal their fate.

Seeds and Surprises

Here's the lowdown:

  • No. 1 seeds: Nebraska, Kentucky, Texas, Arizona State
  • No. 2 seeds: Pittsburgh, SMU, Stanford, Texas A&M
  • No. 3 seeds: Louisville, Purdue, Creighton, Wisconsin

And then there's the likes of South Florida, Georgia Tech, and Oregon squeaking in as the last four in. Missouri and Oklahoma? They're on the outside looking in. They'll need a knockout SEC tournament to change that.

This isn't just volleyball. This is survival of the fittest. Who's got the grit to make it through?

Kansas City awaits for the Final Four. Let the games begin. That'll do it.
