The Kentucky Wildcats volleyball team is gearing up for another powerhouse season. And with junior All-American Brooklyn DeLeye at the helm, they're looking straight up dominant.

Transfers Bring the Heat

Two key transfers are making noise: Molly Berezowitz from Marquette and Lizzie Carr from Purdue. Both are raving about the talent under coach Craig Skinner. Berezowitz, who snagged a season-high 21 digs against Utah last season, knows what high-level play looks like. And she sees it all over Kentucky's court.

"If we have that mindset in every single game, we’re going to be hard to beat," Berezowitz said. You could feel it coming. With depth like this, the Wildcats aren't just looking at another SEC championship. They're eyeing the NCAA Tournament with fire.

Brooklyn DeLeye: The Real Deal

DeLeye was one of the nation's top four players last season, leading Kentucky to the Elite Eight. Her presence on the court? Unmatched. Opponents had no answer. She's poised to run the show again. And let's be real, with a leader like Brooklyn, the Wildcats are in good hands.

Coach Skinner, who's led the team to nine straight SEC championships, isn't focused on just winning. "We talk about whether we can play in ways that are deserving of winning," he said. It's about finding different ways to dominate. And this team is built for it.

Depth is Key

Freshman setter Kassie O’Brien, the SEC Freshman of the Year, is another weapon in Skinner's arsenal. She's on track to make national waves. "You need depth in practice," Skinner emphasizes. And Kentucky has it in spades.
