By accessing or using United Volleyball Network ("UVN," "we," "us") websites, newsletters, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Unless otherwise noted, text, graphics, logos, layouts, and other materials on UVN are owned by United Volleyball Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute our content for commercial use without prior written permission.

If you submit comments, messages, tips, or other content to UVN, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with operating and promoting our services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse UVN— including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting our systems, harassing others, spreading malware, or using automated means to overload our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or applicable law.

UVN is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. News, scores, and analysis are for informational and entertainment purposes; we are not responsible for decisions you make based on our content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Volleyball Network and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which United Volleyball Network primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
