What Makes Them Great

Kendall Kipp pairs a 6'5" frame with one of the most efficient arm swings in Major League Volleyball, letting her terminate swings from either pin and bail Columbus out of scrambled passing with high-point kills. Her reliability in long rallies and her willingness to swing through the block are what earned her a draft slot, a pro debut with 20 kills, and a look from the U.S. national team staff.

Bio

Kendall Kipp is the #11 outside hitter for the Columbus Fury in Major League Volleyball, where she has grown into one of the league's most reliable front-row scorers. The 6'5" Newport Beach, California native was Columbus's third overall pick in the inaugural Pro Volleyball Federation Draft in December 2023 and has been a cornerstone of the Fury's offense ever since — announcing her pro arrival with a 20-kill debut in April 2024 and following it up with a 15-kill, 10-dig double-double against Omaha that May.

Before returning stateside, Kipp spent a season in Italy with Il Bisonte Firenze in Serie A, where the club finished fifth in the Italian Cup. Her legacy roots run through Stanford, where she won an NCAA title in 2019, was named Pac-12 Player of the Year in both 2022 and 2023, AVCA All-America first team in 2022, and totaled 1,656 kills and 586 digs across her Cardinal career. In 2025 she was called up to the U.S. Women's National Team for the NORCECA Final Six in Mexico, listed as an opposite hitter — a quiet reminder that Kipp's ceiling, at 6'5" with an explosive arm swing and Olympic-track coaching behind her, is still rising.
