This match? Chaos. The good kind.
Aggies Make History
Texas A&M just swept Kentucky right out of the T-Mobile Center. It wasn't just a win. It was a statement. The Aggies took down the Wildcats in three straight sets to snag their first-ever NCAA DI women's volleyball championship.
Kyndal Stowers was on another level. She hammered down 16 kills on a sizzling .433 hitting percentage. Meanwhile, Maddie Waak ran the show, setting up a balanced offense that hit at a .382 clip. Four different Aggies had at least eight kills. Talk about spreading the wealth.
Kentucky's Rollercoaster Ride
The Wildcats came in hot, riding a 27-match win streak. They clawed their way to the final after a dramatic five-set victory over Wisconsin. Eva Hudson was a beast, racking up 29 kills on .455 hitting. Molly Tuozzo was a wall in the back court with 17 digs. But against Texas A&M? They had no answer.
The SEC Showdown
This was the first all-SEC national championship in history. And just like that, Texas A&M flipped the script. They took down back-to-back No. 1 seeds — Nebraska and Pitt — before facing Kentucky. It was a season for the books.
The Aggies handled business. Straight up dominant.
You could feel it coming. And from there... it was over.
Texas A&M is no joke. Next season, look out. They'll be hungry for more.
