Logan Parks is about to make Stanford’s court her own.
A Versatile Powerhouse
Logan Parks isn't just any freshman. She's the Swiss Army knife Stanford's been waiting for. With 1,177 kills and 1,011 assists in high school, she's already proven she's no joke. And let's not forget that 4.04 GPA. Brains and brawn? That's a winning combo.
Stanford coach Kevin Hambly knows he's got something special. Parks is "an elite athlete with a versatile skill set," Hambly said. She's already caught the eye of USA programs as both a setter and an opposite hitter. Talk about range.
Ready to Dominate
Parks’ game isn't just about numbers. It's her understanding, her instincts. "Her understanding of the game from defensive instincts is exceptional," Hambly added. You could feel it coming. A player like Parks reads plays and anticipates attacks like she's flipping through a book.
Stanford’s been knocking on the Final Four door, reaching the Elite Eight three years straight. If Parks has anything to say about it, they’re kicking that door down this season. Her ability to switch it up, hit hard, and set with finesse makes her a game-changer.
The Next Chapter
Stanford needs depth, especially at middle blocker. Parks could fill that gap. She's got the chops to be an instant contributor. "Regardless of where she plays, Parks should be well-equipped to be effective," Hambly noted. And just like that, her shot at the rotation looks bright.
Stanford's 2025 season is on the horizon. If they want to make yet another deep NCAA tournament run, Parks will be pivotal. She's the real deal, and she's just getting started.
That'll do it.
