Brianna Ford just turned the page on another chapter in her volleyball story. Columbus Fury of Major League Volleyball (MLV) just added a powerhouse to their roster. And yeah, this is a big deal.

A Maverick Legacy

Ford’s time at UT Arlington was nothing short of legendary. Five seasons, countless accolades. She was the WAC Player of the Year in 2024. Also snagged the WAC Tournament MVP. She racked up over 500 kills in her final season and laid down more than 4.4 kills per set. Straight up dominant.

Honors? Ford's got them. AVCA Honorable Mention All-America. First Team All-Southwest Region. She's been the rock of the Mavericks' lineup, a three-time First-Team All-WAC selection. Every time she hit the court, you could feel her impact.

From Germany to MLV

After UTA, Ford didn't slow down. She took her talents overseas, playing for USC Munster in Germany. Now she’s back on home turf, and the Columbus Fury are counting their lucky stars.

The Fury are part of MLV's exciting growth across the nation. Adding Ford is like lighting a match—they’re ready to blaze. Her stats don’t lie, and there’s no doubt she’ll be a force in the league.

What's Next?

Let's be real. Ford joining the Fury changes the landscape. The team has been building, and with Ford in the lineup, they're looking to make serious waves.

And just like that, the MLV has another star to watch. Keep your eyes on Brianna Ford and the Columbus Fury this season. That'll do it.
