Arizona State is back, and they mean business.
Arizona State's Comeback
The Sun Devils just muscled their way back into the Power 10, and they did it with style. A sweep over Kansas State? Check. A five-set thriller against No. 18 Kansas? Double check.
Noemie Glover was on fire, torching the Jayhawks with 25 kills. Let’s be real, nobody saw that coming. The dynamic duo of Colby and Glover turned defense into a highlight reel, shutting down plays with monster blocks. And just like that, Arizona State reclaims their spot among the elite.

Nebraska Holds the Top Spot
Nebraska isn’t letting go of the No. 1 spot anytime soon. The Huskers are a well-oiled machine, adding sweeps over Michigan and Maryland to kick off conference play. Rebekah Allick? She was a force, tying her career-high with 13 kills on a .750 clip.
The Terrapins? They had no answer, hitting just .090. Nebraska’s dominance is straight up disrespectful to opponents hoping to chip away at their lead. Big Red continues to run the show.
Texas Keeps Pace
Right on Nebraska’s heels, Texas handled business, sweeping both Vanderbilt and No. 21 Missouri. Torrey Stafford was a beast, piling up 15 kills and eight digs against the Tigers. The Longhorns are 10-0, and you could feel it coming since 2022.

The Usual Suspects
Pitt holds strong at No. 3 after back-to-back wins over No. 11 SMU. Olivia Babcock was a problem, matching her season-high with 29 kills. Kentucky and Stanford stayed put at Nos. 4 and 5, respectively, each putting up dominating performances.
Louisville and Wisconsin are knocking on the door, both maintaining their spots with commanding sweeps.
What's Next?
With teams like TCU and Texas A&M vying for those last spots, the Power 10 is heating up. Arizona State's surge back into the rankings? It’s a sign of more chaos to come. Glover and company are setting the stage for a season of surprises.
That’ll do it. Arizona State isn’t just back in the rankings—they’re here to stay.
