A middle blocker from Frisco, Texas, Paige began her collegiate volleyball career by earning a spot on the Big South All-Freshman Team. She went on to earn Second Team All-Western Athletic Conference and Academic All-WAC honors while at UT Arlington, where she recorded the second-highest single-season hitting percentage in program history. In her senior year, she earned First Team All-WAC honors and led her team to its first conference title since 2002. Most recently, she competed with Schwarz-Weiss Erfurt in the Volleyball Bundesliga, the top professional league in Germany.
