An outside hitter from Newport Beach, California, Morgan played at Cal Berkeley where she helped the team to their first-ever NCAA Championship semi-final appearance. She is a past member of the U.S. National Team, the U.S. Women’s Junior National Team and the U.S. Girls Youth National Team. She also played beach volleyball and won a stop on the 2013 National Volleyball League tour and claimed silver at a 2012 NORCECA event.
