An outsider hitter from Romeo, Michigan, Gia played for the University of Maryland and finished out her college career at Baylor. She made the Big Ten All-Freshmen team and made the All-Big 12 her senior year. In high school, she was the No.1 ranked player in Michigan and won Michigan Gatorade Player of the Year. She’s played professionally in France, Puerto Rico, Italy, South Korea, Indonesia and with Athletes Unlimited.
