Annie Drews Schumacher

An opposite hitter from Elkhart, Indiana, Annie earned All-American designation at Purdue University and was the first Boilermaker with 30 kills in a match during the rally-scoring era. After debuting with the U.S. National Team in 2017, Annie won USA Volleyball Female Indoor Player of the Year in 2019 and helped lead the squad to Olympic gold at Tokyo 2020 and silver at Paris 2024. Annie’s also won three Volleyball Nations League gold medals with Team USA, earning MVP honors in 2019. Throughout her nine-year pro career, she’s won seven Best Server, Best Opposite and MVP awards in Japan’s SV.League and led club team JT Marvelous to two league titles.
